what do you think the best to take shower in morning or evening?

Do you take a shower in the morning or the evening?


It seems to me most people do it in the morning, but I can't be bothered and prefer to have one in the evening before I go to bed since it helps me sleep and I like to wash away all the day's dirt. When do you have a shower and why?

Usually both due to my line of work - I take one in the evening to wash off the days work dirt and in the morning because it makes to a good start of a day. vote 67%
